Before I was a Career Coach, I was in Corporate HR and was a Recruiter. After decades of hiring mid-career and executive job seekers, I know it is rarely a lack of qualifications that keeps people from getting hired. It is all about knowing what you want to do and why, the value you bring, and how to articulate your value, which is the differentiator.
